I had an amazing & life-changing experience on the 200hr training at Wellness Connection and would highly recommend it to anyone interested. Laura and Amy were wonderful lead teachers, and everyone else involved was equally as kind, generous and knowledgable. The dynamic of the group was so lovely and supportive, and the studio itself is a beautiful sanctuary in the forest. I can't wait to return for further training!

I would highly recommend Wellness Connection to anyone wanting to do their Teacher training or any of their other courses. I adore all the teachers involved, they are epically amazing teachers with vast and up to date knowledge but they are also just amazing human beings. Wellness Connection really is like a Yoga University. I've learnt sooooo much via their courses but also just from their social media accounts. Just an amazing school!

Wellness Connection is in a league of its own. This training course was life-changing. The content was thorough, evidence-based and thought-provoking.
