Our experienced teaching team is passionate about bringing you the highest standard of Yoga Education. We LOVE what we do - and we cant wait to share it with you. After opening our Retreat Studio in Cape Town, South Africa in 2008, we have trained hundreds of teachers over 40+ trainings, both online and in person.
Our Yoga Teacher trainings bring you high-quality, evidence-based content that you can do in your OWN TIME.
We believe Yoga should be accessible to all, so our students are incredibly diverse. Local, international, 17 – 69 years (so far!), different yoga backgrounds, everyone is very welcome.

You will receive a dense training online Yoga Teacher training manual that includes all the relevant information to use with your online content. There is no need to buy books.

You have access to your entire course for life as well as being able to catch up sessions you miss
